Meet Dr. James

James F. Geiselman Jr., DC, EMT-P

I graduated from Illinois College in May 2010 with my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and minors in Biology and Chemistry. After graduation, I began working at LifeStar Ambulance as an emergency medical technician (EMT) and later as a paramedic (EMT-P).

In January 2012, I started working on his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. Following graduation in April 2015, I made the move to Youngstown, OH, and began working as a private practitioner. While in practice, I utilized a wide range of chiropractic adjusting techniques (Activator, Diversified and Thompson) and passive modalities (therapeutic exercises, traction and electrical stimulation) to provide the highest quality care to my patients.

It was while I was in Ohio that I saw a need for community nutrition education. In January 2016, I made the decision to go back to school and started working on my Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Human Performance with a concentration in Integrative Nutrition and Practice, from Logan University in Chesterfield, MO.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading (Dave Ramsey, Andy Andrews and Joshua Metcalf, etc), playing golf, spending time with my family and friends and helping others achieve their dreams with AdvoCare. I recently finished my first book titled “Empower Yourself: Live Better with Optimal Nutrition” and have already started work on another book with a fellow colleague.
